Pattern copied from base to AL plate using fine permanent marker.
Switch components for tuning traced onto cold rolled steel sheet metal.
Progress so far. The rough parts on the base are smoothed out using a cylindrical burr driven by a Foredom flex shaft.
I actually don't need a switch. I thought the switch was used in the 19th century telegraph circuits to close the circuit to allow the remote guy to send....
